Homeowners who contact Oscartargeted Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

• A call or message with Oscartargeted Floor Coating that went poorly
• The way we handled or protected your personal data
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• The behavior of a provider we referred you to

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Oscartargeted Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

What to Put in Your Message

• A short description of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
