Homeowners Who Want Coated Floors

This page is for independent contractors, not job seekers. Oscartargeted Floor Coating is a referral service. We connect homeowners with local providers who coat garage and concrete floors. If you do this work, you may want to be one of them.

Who Fits the Network

We look for independent providers who work in garages, basements, patios and shop floors. That can include epoxy, polyaspartic and other concrete coating work. You run your own business, set your own prices and manage your own schedule.

What We Expect

A lot of contractors think a lead service just wants volume. We care about how homeowners are treated. We expect providers to:

• Explain their prep process in plain words
• Give clear written quotes
• Follow up with homeowners in a timely way
• Be honest about what a slab can and cannot take
• Hold any licenses or insurance your area requires

Providers are responsible for their own work, permits and customer service.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@oscartargeted.living. Include your business name, the services you offer, the areas you cover and how to reach you. Tell us a little about how you prep slabs.

Questions?

Have questions about how referrals work or what coverage areas are open? Email contact@oscartargeted.living and we will reply as soon as we can. Joining does not mean any set number of calls, because homeowner requests vary by season and location.
