Terms of Use for This Site

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use oscartargeted.living and the referral service Oscartargeted Floor Coating offers through it. By browsing the site, calling its phone number or sending a form, you agree to them. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Offer

Oscartargeted Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or fix concrete. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are connected with are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, schedules, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any costs we mention are typical U.S. ranges that vary from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Fair Use of the Site

Please give accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it or try to get into areas you are not allowed to access.

Contact About Your Request

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we and the provider we refer you to may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@oscartargeted.living.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Oscartargeted Floor Coating or the parties who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Our Liability

To the extent the law allows, Oscartargeted Floor Coating is not responsible for any loss or damage tied to your use of the site, a provider's products or services, or any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties.

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new version.
